  1. Soak dried porcini mushrooms in a bowl of hot water. Through half an hour cut them into small pieces.
  2. Pour cold water into a four-liter pan (about three l), bring to a boil, add crushed white mushrooms, lightly salt.
  3. Then add diced potatoes to the pan, cook about ten more minutes.
  4. Next, lay chopped onion and mashed through a medium grater carrot.
  5. Ten minutes later put the processed cheese, if necessary salt, pepper, remove from heat.
  6. When serving, garnish with finely chopped greens.
