Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 things. large pasteurized eggs
  • Finely grated zest of 1 lime
  • 400 gr. condensed milk
  • 3/4 Art. first-class dark rum
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg, and more for decoration
  • 1 tsp Angostur bitter

Recipe preparation:

  1. Break eggs in a large bowl, add lime zest and beat, until smooth for 30 sec. Add Condensed milk and half a rum, mix. Then add the remaining rum, nutmeg and bitter, mix until smooth. Strain the resulting mass into a jug through a fine sieve. Cover pitcher with foil and put in a cold place, cool for nights or 3 days.
  2. Before serving, mix the drink and pour into glasses with ice. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
