Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. polenta (ground corn grains)
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
- 1/4 Art. crumbled gorgonzola cheese or any cheese with mold, and also for sprinkling
- 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh oregano
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:
- Pour into a pan 4 tbsp. water, salt and bring to a boil. Pour the polenta slowly into boiling water, stirring constantly. Reduce temperature and cook, stirring, until the liquid does not absorb and the polenta does not thicken, 10 – 20 minutes. Stir in butter, gorgonzola, oregano and nutmeg nut.
- Arrange the polenta on plates and sprinkle with plenty cheese and pepper to taste.
