  1. Sift the flour, add the egg, 2 tbsp. oils, warm water and knead the dough. Cover with a bowl and leave for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix cottage cheese with chopped herbs and salt.
  3. We divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll out and spread in the center stuffing. We close the filling with the lap edges to the center of the tortilla.
  4. Gently roll a rolling pin.
  5. Place the placenta in the heated oil with the seam up.
  6. Fry until golden brown, spread on paper towel, then serve.
