We cook pizza at home very often! And I’m always stuffing I try in different combinations. But today I accidentally found its perfect mix for the filling. A test recipe: for me it the most successful, unlike the classic lean test. Thin soft, airy dough that keeps its shape and under the weight of the filling it doesn’t break, but for me it is the main thing in delicious pizza!

  1. First, knead the yeast dough: dilute the yeast in a little warm milk with salt and sugar, add the egg, vegetable oil and mix everything.
  2. Next, gradually introduce the flour and knead the dough until it is will become smooth and uniform.
  3. Leave the dough warm for 1 hour in a bowl under the food film.
  4. Let’s get stuffed: cut mushrooms and fry over high heat 2-3 minutes so they don’t release juice. Turn off and salt a little.
  5. Pickle the onion: cut the onion in half rings and fill with vinegar + leave water.
  6. Cut the tomato into slices, finely greens. Grate hard cheese on a grater.
  7. For the sauce, mix sour cream and tomato paste.
  8. We take out the dough, it needs to be kneaded and divided into 2 parts. One I clean the part in the freezer until next time.
  9. Thinly roll out the second part, approximately 0.5 cm. And wash off the sauce.
  10. We spread the filling: fried mushrooms, bacon – more, onions, tomato, herbs, mozzarella and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  11. Let the dough rise a little – we leave the collected pizza stand for 15 minutes.
  12. Bake in a preheated oven 200º for about 20-25 minutes.
