  5. Add capers, chopped basil leaves, salt, mix and remove from heat.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each into a circle with a thickness of 0.5 see. Half put a quarter of the filling and 2 balls of mozzarella.
  7. Cover with the free part of the dough and pinch the edges firmly.
  8. Put the pizza on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour, make 3 cuts and spray a little with oil.
  9. We put in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Have a nice appetite!
