Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. bulgur
- 1.5 tbsp. boiling water
- 4 pits cut in half
- 340 gr feta cheese
- 1/4 Art. freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons)
- 1/4 Art. good quality olive oil
- Salt
- 1 tbsp. (1 bunch) chopped green onions (white and green parts)
- 1 tbsp. (1 bunch) chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp. (1 bunch) chopped parsley
- 1 unpeeled, medium-diced greenhouse cucumber (remove seeds)
- 2 tbsp. Cherry Tomato Rugs
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- Chickpeas puree (hummus), for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Put the bulgur groats in a large bowl, pour boiling water and add lemon juice, olive oil and 1.5 tsp. salt. Stir, then leave at room temperature for about час.
- As time passes, add green onions, mint, parsley, cucumber, tomatoes, 2 tsp salt and a teaspoon of ground pepper. Good mix. Add more seasoning to taste – and serve with chickpeas mash, or cover and refrigerate. If the tabula is infused a few hours, the taste will be better. Stuff pitas tabula and feta.
