Pita with avocado and smoked cod: video recipe


Today, while making breakfast, I discovered an immature avocado. By good, I had to leave it to ripen, but I already promised pits with avocado. There was a way out! I grated it, but if you a good, ripe avocado, then just slice it. in our family they eat in two ways – when everything is on top and when everything inside. Both options are shown in the video.

  1. Slice the avocado, or, as in my case, grate grater. Cherry cut in half, cucumber slices.
  2. Fry pitas in a dry pan for 1 minute with each side.
  3. Then grease with cheese and spread salad, avocado cucumbers, tomatoes, smoked cod and pour all the mango sauce.
  4. If we do inside the pit, then the scheme is the same. Lubricate inside both sides with cheese, put salad, cucumber, avocado, tomatoes and cod, pour sauce. Enjoy your meal!
