Pound Adyghe cheese in containers with high sides. Add chopped greens and a little mayonnaise.

Cover the lavash sheet with the resulting mixture.

Add a layer of Korean carrots. Put a sheet of pita bread on top and repeat the sequence. In total, three layers should be obtained. The last one will be carrots and cheese.
