  1. Pound Adyghe cheese in containers with high sides. Add chopped greens and a little mayonnaise.

  2. Cover the lavash sheet with the resulting mixture.

  3. Add a layer of Korean carrots. Put a sheet of pita bread on top and repeat the sequence. In total, three layers should be obtained. The last one will be carrots and cheese.

  4. Wrap the roll, wrap it in foil and send to the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  5. Cut the finished roll into portions with a sharp knife.
