  1. Make a spice mix: mix vegetable oil, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, zira, cloves, salt, nutmeg walnut and garlic. Mix everything well.
  2. Rinse the meat and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Grate the meat well with spices and marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Place the horsemeat on the foil and put a piece of fat on top if you have a fillet like mine, otherwise the meat will turn out to be dry.
  5. Wrap the meat in foil, pierce in several places and send to the oven 200 degrees for 1.5 hours.
  6. We get out of the oven, remove a piece of fat, give the meat a rest 5-10 minutes.
  7. Chop, serve with vegetables and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
