Horse meat – veiny meat, with a high content of gelatin, but tastes just like beef. Cooked at home this way horse meat is good both as a main course and as a meat cut. - Make a spice mix: mix vegetable oil, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, zira, cloves, salt, nutmeg walnut and garlic. Mix everything well.
- Rinse the meat and pat dry with paper towels.
- Grate the meat well with spices and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Place the horsemeat on the foil and put a piece of fat on top if you have a fillet like mine, otherwise the meat will turn out to be dry.
- Wrap the meat in foil, pierce in several places and send to the oven 200 degrees for 1.5 hours.
- We get out of the oven, remove a piece of fat, give the meat a rest 5-10 minutes.
- Chop, serve with vegetables and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
