  1. Wash the pink salmon fillet, dry it with paper towels, cut it in small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg, salt, pepper, mix.
  3. Dip pink salmon cubes in a beaten egg.
  4. Then roll heavily in breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a stewpan, heat, lower prepared pieces of fish, fry until golden brown with two parties.
  6. On wooden skewers string, alternating, fried pieces of fish and peeled boiled shrimp. Put ready kebabs on a dish, decorate with slices lemon.
