  1. Disconnect the chicken breast fillet with a sharp knife from the bones, remove skin, cut into cubes, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.

  2. We send the prepared slices of the breast to oil and fry on medium heat for 15 minutes until lightly browned. Put in a bowl and cool. Open the corn and drain.

  3. We sort out the raisins, carefully rinse and throw them into a colander. Open canned pineapple, drain and cut into small pieces, green onions – finely.

  4. In a bowl with fried pieces of chicken, add prepared raisins, pineapple, green onions, corn, mayonnaise, mix well and try on salt.

  5. Cover and cool ready-made bright salad of chicken and pineapple at least 2 hours. We shift the fragrant chilled salad into salad bowl and serve.
