Pineapple and Hikama Salad

Make a juicy and healthy salad filled with vitamins and the bright flavors that sweet slices of pineapple add to it, spicy watercress and crispy hikama. Thin rings of burning jalapenos perfectly balance fruit sweetness. And refuel salad with lime juice, olive oil, spicy sauce and a little the amount of honey. Recipe:

Mix in a large bowl the juice of 2 limes, 2 tbsp each. l olive oil and finely chopped cilantro and shallot, 1 tsp each. hot sauce and honey, and 1/4 tsp. ground zira and coarse salt. Mix with 1 bunch of watercress, 2 tbsp. diced pineapple, 1 small hikama (peeled and cut into strips) and 1 thin chopped red jalapenos; salt to taste.
