  1. Wash the rice, put it in a colander.
  2. Cut vegetables into small cubes.
  3. Remove the skin from the salmon fillet, cut the fillet into cubes of the order of 2×2 cm. Fry the salmon pieces before they lighten. Shift to plate, pepper and salt to taste.
  4. Fry the onions in a pan with a thick bottom until soft for three minutes. Add bell pepper, carrot. Salt and fry 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add rice and fry another 3-5 minutes, stirring too.
  6. Add three glasses of boiling water to this pan, wait boiling. Cook for 5 minutes, reducing heat. Then add salt (with optional) and dry Italian herbs of your choice.
  7. Put the fried salmon in a pan when absorbed in rice water (“gurgling” holes will appear on the rice surface). Mixing is not necessary. Cover, cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the fire without opening the lid and set the pan aside for about 15-20.
  8. Stir the pilaf before serving.
