- Seasoning for pilaf is better to use natural, bought on spice markets or brought from the South. You can mix the spices yourself equal proportions: sweet pepper + zira + barberry + saffron + paprika + jambul.
- Clean and cut the rabbit carcass into small pieces.
- Cut onions into small cubes, grate carrots on large grater.
- In a frying pan with oil, fry the onions, then add carrot. Stir fry for several minutes.
- Add rabbit meat, mix, sprinkle with spices. Taste add salt, pepper, a few bay leaves. Shuffle. Add rice.
- Pour in 300 ml of water, mix, close the lid.
- Stew for 30 minutes until rice is cooked. Garnish with greens and tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
