  1. Seasoning for pilaf is better to use natural, bought on spice markets or brought from the South. You can mix the spices yourself equal proportions: sweet pepper + zira + barberry + saffron + paprika + jambul.
  2. Clean and cut the rabbit carcass into small pieces.
  3. Cut onions into small cubes, grate carrots on large grater.
  4. In a frying pan with oil, fry the onions, then add carrot. Stir fry for several minutes. Pilaf with rabbit meat
  5. Add rabbit meat, mix, sprinkle with spices. Taste add salt, pepper, a few bay leaves. Shuffle. Add rice. Pilaf with rabbit meat
  6. Pour in 300 ml of water, mix, close the lid.
