  1. Rinse rice, put in a pan, pour boiling water (water should be a couple of centimeters above the rice). Set aside for half an hour.
  2. Cut the onion smaller, grate the carrots. Carrots and onions fry in vegetable oil in a skillet.
  3. Cut the pork into small pieces, put to the vegetables, mix and cover. Stew for 15-20 minutes, stirring time from time.
  4. Add tomato paste, salt, zira, pepper and seasoning to pilaf. Mix.
  5. Add the swollen rice, finely chopped garlic, mix.
  6. Pour very hot water into the pan (it should be steamed centimeters above the level of rice). Close the lid, reduce the heat and simmer about 35 minutes to completely evaporate the liquid.
  7. In the process of cooking pilaf do not interfere. After liquid evaporation stir pilaf several times, keeping the pan on fire. Turn off fire and leave pilaf for 15-20 minutes.
