  1. Peel, wash, cut the mushrooms into a cube.
  2. Peel, wash, chop the onion.
  3. Cut the washed fish into small pieces.
  4. Fry the onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil, put mushrooms, fry for five minutes, pour cream, add salt, pepper, mix.
  5. Put pieces of fish on the mushrooms, stew for 10 minutes on one side.
