  1. Boil the chicken in 2 liters of water for about 40 minutes. When cooking salt the broth and add peppercorns and bay leaves to it sheet.

  10. Sauté carrots, parsley and onions in butter until soft. Add petiole celery to them, fry for about 3 minutes.
  11. Put mushrooms and fried vegetables in the soup. Cook on slow fire for 15 minutes.
  12. Before serving, put meat in portions, sprinkle with herbs, serve with mayonnaise.
