I like champignons in any form, I try to do them often different dishes. I offer a very simple recipe for a delicious salad of pickled champignons, which is easy to cook at home.

- Cut champignons into thin slices.
- Cook the marinade. Mix in a bowl lemon juice, oil, crushed garlic, honey, salt and pepper.
- Spread the mushrooms in a deep plate, pour the marinade, mix and leave for about 60 minutes.
- My tomatoes and cut into halves.
- Wash green onions, dry and finely chop.
- Mix all the ingredients and our salad is ready!
