  1. Rinse the mushrooms under cold water, then boiling water.
  2. Put the mushrooms in a pan and pour cold water so that barely hiding them, and put the pan on the fire.
  3. Add 1 tbsp. with a slide of salt.
  4. Cook, over medium heat 1-1.5 hours from the moment of boiling, removing foam.
  5. Remove from heat and add to mushrooms: 1-2 peppercorns, 1 umbrella dill, 1-2 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
  6. Cool the mushrooms at room temperature.
  7. Add chopped garlic and vinegar. Shuffle.
  8. Pour the contents of the pan over cooled sterile jars and close with boiled caps.
