To all lovers of pickle, I propose to diversify it a bit and cook a dish with mushrooms at home. To a pan of delicious pickle with pickled mushrooms we need only a handful of mushrooms. Such a soup can be made with fresh mushrooms.

- We will prepare the necessary ingredients. Pre boil pearl barley.
