  1. We will prepare the necessary ingredients. Pre boil pearl barley.
  2. Pour meat with cold water, put on fire, add 3 peas of allspice and 3 bay leaves, bring to a boil. After boiling, cook over low heat for about 2 hours.
  3. We filter the resulting broth, cut the meat.
  4. Return the broth to the stove, bring to a boil again. In boiling add the broth to the broth and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  5. 5 minutes before the soup is ready add pearl barley.
  6. Then add the pickled mushrooms (liquid previously merge). Add seasoning for pickle and chopped meat. Our soup is ready! Serve with sour cream, can be decorated with greens.
