An excellent recipe for delicious homemade dried pickle mushrooms. I recommend cooking this vegetarian soup for lunch joy to everyone at home! The only thing you should do in advance – soak dried mushrooms for 3-4 hours.

  1. Sort the dried mushrooms, pour warm water and leave swell for 3-4 hours.
  2. Then rinse the mushrooms thoroughly, add water, add the root parsley and bring to a boil.
  3. Mushrooms to get and chop. Strain the broth.
  4. Fry onions and carrots with fat in a pan, then add to broth with chopped mushrooms.
  5. While the mushrooms are boiling, peel the potatoes and chop in small cubes.
  6. Peel and chop pickles.
  7. Add the potatoes to the mushrooms and bring the dish to a boil, then reduce heat and cook until cooked.
  8. Add cucumbers, pickle (to taste) and spices, cook another 5-10 minutes on low heat.

When serving, add sour cream to the pickle and decorate the dish greens.
