Rassolnik – one of the most popular sour soups on a par with hodgepodge. The pickle is based on pearl barley and salted mushrooms or cucumbers. And if there are no questions with salinity, then pearl barley groats require long processing. This process can be accelerated, if you have a multicooker with a pressure cooker function. So, we cook at home tasty pickle with cucumbers in a slow cooker.

  1. Fry carrots and onions in a multicooker bowl in the Frying mode (20 min).
  2. After 5 minutes, spread the chopped meat to them and cook until signal. Mix the products. Cooking with the lid open.
