  1. Rinse the mushrooms and soak for half an hour in a glass of warm water.
  2. Boil the mushrooms in the vegetable broth for about an hour.
  3. In the same broth pour water in which the mushrooms were soaked.
  4. Put the mushrooms and chop.
  5. Strain the broth.
