  1. Pour wine into a saucepan and add all the ingredients except persimmons. Bring to a boil.
  2. We clean the persimmons and stick a few pieces of cloves into it.
  3. When the wine boils, put the persimmons there and over low heat cook for 15 minutes.
  4. After the persimmon, put it on a plate. We take everything out of the wine the rest and cook over high heat for about 10 minutes until the syrup is thick.
  5. Pour syrup over persimmons, decorate with mint leaves and serve with ice cream or yogurt. Enjoy your meal!
