To prepare the seasoning we need:

  • Fresh mint leaves – 50g.
  • Ginger, freshly grated -30 g.
  • Fresh hot peppers – 2 pods.
  • Lemon juice – 100 gr.
  • Salt -6 g.
  • Sugar – 6g.

Preparation for seasoning begins with a thorough leaf selection: only thin stems and delicate leaves are used peppermint.

Rinse the mint and shake well to remove excess moisture.

Put all the ingredients in a blender, add a little boiled water and grind until a homogeneous paste.

Time for preparing

15 minutes.

Season the mint seasoned chilled.

For a spicy special taste, you can add to the main recipe some ingredients:

  • Mint leaves – 25g.
  • Coriander leaflets – 25g.
  • Peanuts (deep-fried or deep-fried) – 75g.
  • Tamarind water (tamarind – tropical tree) -50 ml.

Mix all the ingredients in a blender carefully sorting and washing the leaves of mint and coriander. Bring ingredients to homogeneous paste. This recipe takes more time. Cooking, approximately 30 minutes.
