  1. Rinse mint leaves with stems, dry slightly, grind.
  2. Fold in a pan, pour 0.5 liters. cold water put on cooker and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, close lid and leave to infuse for 12 hours.
  3. Then squeeze the mixture, filter the infusion, add to it sugar, citric acid, pectin. Bring to a boil and cook 15 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Ready to cook, pour into hot sterilized jars and then close the lid. Preparation in the form of mint jam is ready. Enjoy your meal.
