Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr penne pasta
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- 450 gr medium shrimp, peel
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 (425 gram) can of whole tomatoes, drain and roughly chop
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped basil leaves
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. white wine
- 1/3 Art. clam juice
- 3/4 Art. butter cream 33%
- 1/2 tbsp. grated parmesan

Recipe preparation:
- Set a large pot of salted water to strong fire and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook, periodically stirring until soft, while the paste should remain elastic when biting, about 8-10 minutes. Drain the water.
- In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium to high heat. Add shrimp, garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until the shrimp turns pink and fried, about 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan while help skimmers.
- Add tomatoes to the pan, 1/4 tbsp. basilica, 1/4 tbsp. parsley and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2 minutes, constantly stirring. Add wine, clam juice, and heavy cream. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and cook when low boil for 7-8 minutes until thickened. Add 1/4 tbsp. Parmesan, prepared shrimp, pasta and remaining herbs.
