- 350 gr penne pasta
- 1 tbsp. frozen peas
- 2 large eggs and 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp. concentrated milk
- 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter
- 90 gr. ripe cheddar cheese, coarsely grate
- 90 gr. mozzarella cheese, grate coarsely
- 90 gr. cheese fountain, coarsely grate
- 90 gr. ham cut into cubes
- 30 gr Parmesan cheese, finely grate
- Coarse salt

Recipe preparation:
- Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Add paste penne and cook, 8 min. In 2 minutes add to cooking peas.
- Meanwhile, beat eggs, egg white in a bowl, concentrated milk and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Fold the pasta and peas in a colander, drain the liquid. Return pasta and peas in a pan, add butter and mix. Add cheddar, mozzarella, fontina and egg mass. To put pan on the stove and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, 8 – 10 min., add in the middle of cooking ham. Remove the pan from the stove and stir in the parmesan.
