  • 350 gr penne pasta
  • 1 tbsp. frozen peas
  • 2 large eggs and 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp. concentrated milk
  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter
  • 90 gr. ripe cheddar cheese, coarsely grate
  • 90 gr. mozzarella cheese, grate coarsely
  • 90 gr. cheese fountain, coarsely grate
  • 90 gr. ham cut into cubes
  • 30 gr Parmesan cheese, finely grate
  • Coarse salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Add paste penne and cook, 8 min. In 2 minutes add to cooking peas.
  2. Meanwhile, beat eggs, egg white in a bowl, concentrated milk and 1/2 tsp salt.
  3. Fold the pasta and peas in a colander, drain the liquid. Return pasta and peas in a pan, add butter and mix. Add cheddar, mozzarella, fontina and egg mass. To put pan on the stove and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, 8 – 10 min., add in the middle of cooking ham. Remove the pan from the stove and stir in the parmesan.
