- Cut the onions in half rings, garlic and dill.
- Onion and garlic lightly fry in a drop of oil.
- Add the pre-prepared minced meat and fry on average fire for about 5-7 minutes.
- When all the water has evaporated, add mashed tomatoes (you can buy or grind tomatoes in their own juice) and dill.
- Stew for 10 minutes.
- Then add salt and spices to taste. And simmer for 2 minutes.
- Boil the penne.
- Serve to the table, sprinkled with grated cheese.
