- The first thing you need to cook is fragrant, delicious, and most importantly homemade crackers. Take slices of loaf, cut into small cubes and send to the preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. While they are dried, mix in a bowl garlic and butter passed through a press. As time passes pour the croutons with the garlic-oil mixture and send back to oven for another 5 minutes.
- Peking cabbage is not very finely chopped. Cherry tomatoes cut in half. Put these two ingredients in a deep salad bowl, mix well.
- Prepare the dressing for the dressing by mixing olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, grain mustard and salt.
- Pour cabbage and tomatoes in a salad dressing.
- Grate Parmesan Cheese on a fine grater.
- On top of all ingredients, scatter fragrant and crispy crackers.
