- Peel the carrots and grate, or cut into strips with using a special grater.
- Peking cabbage is finely chopped.
- We wash the sweet pepper, clean it from the tail, partitions and seed. Cut into thin straws.
- Green onions, basil leaves and cilantro are washed and finely we chop.
- Mix in a bowl apple cider vinegar, peanut or sesame oil, chili flakes and honey. Add salt and well whisk.
- Put vegetables and greens in a bowl, season with the resulting sauce and mix well. Cover and leave in fridge for half an hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle the salad with chopped almonds.
