  1. Peel the carrots and grate, or cut into strips with using a special grater.
  2. Peking cabbage is finely chopped.
  3. We wash the sweet pepper, clean it from the tail, partitions and seed. Cut into thin straws.
  4. Green onions, basil leaves and cilantro are washed and finely we chop.
  5. Mix in a bowl apple cider vinegar, peanut or sesame oil, chili flakes and honey. Add salt and well whisk.
  6. Put vegetables and greens in a bowl, season with the resulting sauce and mix well. Cover and leave in fridge for half an hour.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with chopped almonds.
