Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 800 gr. medium shrimp
  • 1 125 gr. smoked pork sausages cut into pieces by 7.5 cm
  • 1 800 gr. medium potato with red peel
  • 8 ears of corn cut in half
  • 1/2 tbsp. seasoning for seafood
  • 2 – 3 medium onions, peeled sweet onions. Large bulbs can be cut into 4 parts.

Recipe preparation:

  1. Half-fill a 30-liter pan with water (you can use 2 large pots and divide the ingredients into two parts). Add seasoning to the water and bring it to a boil. AT put whole potatoes in a pan. Let the water boil again and cook for 5 minutes. Add onions and sausages. Let the water boil again and cook another 15 minutes. Add the corn. When the water boils, cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are ready.
  2. Add shrimp, let the water boil and cook for about 3 minutes until the shrimp turns red. Drain the water through colander. Serve the peasant platter on a separate dish or to the newspaper.
