- 4 tbsp. shredded young cabbage
- 250 gr potato diced

- 120 gr. beef jerky, cut into small strips

Recipe preparation:
- Melt the cream in a saucepan at a moderate heat butter. Add onions, celery, carrots, allspice and fry, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are slightly softened, about 5 minutes
- Add tomatoes, meat broth, cabbage to the pan, potatoes, pearl barley and 4 tbsp. water, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce temperature and simmer over low heat until potatoes and pearl barley will not become soft, about 20 min Add jerky beef to the soup, season with salt and pepper.
