  1. To prepare pearl barley porridge in milk, cereals need pre-soak for several hours in cold water, and then rinse.

  2. Put the boiled milk porridge, salt it and add 2 tbsp. l cane sugar, due to which it will acquire caramel flavor.

  3. Peel the pear and apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces cubes.

  4. Put the fruit in a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in a couple tablespoons of water and, adding sugar with cinnamon, start stirring waiting for the fruit to soften and the sugar to dissolve in syrup.
