  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp with a slide of ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp. l peach brandy eau de vie
  • 1/4 Art. corn or potato starch
  • 1 tbsp. blackberry
  • 2 tbsp. l liquor cassis
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter, cut into small pieces
  • 2 – 3 tbsp. l fat cream
  • 2 – 3 tbsp. l sugar turbinado

For the test:

  • 2.5 tbsp. premium flour
  • 2 tbsp. l granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 10 tbsp. l (250 gr.) Butter, cut into cubes
  • 60 gr margarine cut into cubes

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare the dough: mix flour in a food processor, granulated sugar and salt, mix several times. Add creamy butter and margarine, mix until large wet sand. Gradually add 4 to 7 tablespoons of cold water, mixing until smooth. Set the dough lightly floured surface and form a ball. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in cold for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare the filling: turn on the oven in lower mode heat and heat to 190 C. Mix peaches in a large bowl, both sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and peach brandy Starch, mix thoroughly.
