Pea soup with mushrooms and noodles

This is a recipe for a hearty pea soup. In its preparation at home, you can use dried mushrooms (porcini or boletus) or fresh champignons. With homemade noodles, the soup is very tasty, but you can also use factory noodles.

  1. Boil the peas until mashed.
  2. Chop onions finely, fry in vegetable oil until golden color. Add to the pot with peas.

  4. Grate celery root or chop finely straws. Add to pan.
