  1. Rinse the peas well.

  2. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Put it in pan with preheated vegetable oil and fry until golden color. Then add chopped mushrooms and fry everything together another 10-15 minutes.

  3. Put the peas in a cast iron and add water. The ratio of peas to water should be 1: 2.

  4. Add the fried onions and mushrooms, mix and cover. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place a cast iron in it for 30 minutes.

  5. After half an hour, remove the cast iron from the oven with salt. mix and again send to the oven for another 10 minutes. After that turn off the gas and leave the porridge in the oven for another 20-30 minutes to sweat.
