  1. Rinse the peas well and cook for 45 minutes. When boil, reduce heat to a minimum.

  2. To make buckwheat porridge friable, cereals need fry in a hot pan.

  3. Bacon is best cut into thin strips, and leek – circles.

  4. In the peas, which is in a state of semi-preparedness, add buckwheat, salt. Cook until all the liquid has evaporated.

  5. While porridge is cooked, take onions and bacon.

  6. Passion onions for 2-3 minutes in a pan.

  7. Fry the bacon in a pan to make it crispy.

  8. Add milk, black pepper to the porridge and bring to readiness when stirring constantly. Then remove from heat, add butter and leave under the lid for 10 minutes.

  9. Put porridge on a plate, put onion and bacon on top.
