  1. Boil the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions.
  2. Wash tomatoes, cut into small pieces.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  4. Wash the basil, dry it with paper towels and finely chop it up.
  5. In a volumetric bowl, mix the tomatoes, cheese, herbs, lightly salt and pepper.
  6. Season with extra virgin olive oil (select oil in dark glass bottles), gently stir.
