A tasty and healthy dish will be prepared at home from stewed vegetables, fillets turkey and pasta. A special flavor and juiciness gives the whole dish pumpkin (preferably unsweetened).

  1. Peel the leek, cut into rings (finely chop the usual).
  2. Wash the turkey or chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
  3. Wash the pumpkin, carefully peel off the hard peel and cut cubes.
  4. Grind hard cheese with a chopped grater.
  5. In a preheated stewpan in vegetable oil, lightly fry chopped onions.
  6. Add slices of fillet, fry for fifteen minutes together.
  7. Add the pumpkin into cubes, add a little salt, pepper, stir, cover, fry for about 15 minutes.
  8. Any pasta boil readiness for the time specified on the package.
  9. Add cooked pasta to the stew mix, stir well and remove from heat.
  10. When serving, sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
