  1. Chop the onion very finely. Dry cilantro and parsley chopped. Rub the zest of the lemon, squeeze the juice out of the pulp. Nuts grind in a blender.
  2. In a pan with 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil fry the onion for 4 minutes. Add 0.5 cups of water, zest, mix and cook for 3 minutes. Add chopped greens, carefully mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice olive oil and nuts. Salt, pepper and mix.
  4. Bring the water in the pan to a boil, salt and add remaining vegetable oil. Pour pasta and cook for 7 minutes. We put it in a colander, put it on plates and season with sauté from parsley. Enjoy your meal!
