- Fry one onion, sliced in half rings, into 50 ml vegetable oil a couple of minutes.
- Add 500 gr of ground beef and fry for 10 minutes.
- Add 100 gr of pickled champignons and two chopped on cubes of tomato.
- Salt and spices (paprika, Adyghe salt, black pepper, coriander) add to taste.
- Mix everything and simmer under the lid for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add to the meat 500 grams of pre-boiled pasta, mix well.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped dill and green onions.
