- 340 gr orecchiette pasta (ears)
- 24 small clams, peeled
- 2 tbsp. grated broccoli
- 1/4 Art. breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp. l plus 2 tsp olive oil plus more for spatter
- 4 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 Art. dry white wine
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter

Recipe preparation:
- In a large saucepan, bring the salt water to a boil. Add pasta and cook as indicated on the label by adding grated cabbage broccoli for the last 30 sec. cooking. Leave 1 tbsp. water from cooking pasta for further cooking, the rest drain.
- Fry the breadcrumbs with 2 tsp in a small pan. olive oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden color, about 5 minutes; season with salt. Set aside for filing.
- Heat the remaining 3 tbsp. l olive oil with garlic in separate saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the garlic becomes golden, about 3 min. Add pepper flakes, shellfish and wine. Cover and cook until the clams open, 5 to 7 minutes; shift clams in a bowl with a large spoon (discard unopened mollusks). Add butter, pasta, broccoli and 1/2 tbsp. water from pasta in the pan; cook, stirring, 1 min., pasta will cover the sauce. Gradually add the remaining 1/2 tbsp. water if pasta too dry.
