- Peel, wash and chop the onion. Slice bacon straws.
- Pour a little oil into a frying pan heated over medium heat, warm it and fry the onion for 4 – 5 minutes, stirring, until golden crust. Then add the bacon, salt, pepper over to taste. Continue frying for another 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour 1 liter of water into the pan, put on medium heat, bring to a boil and salt. Put the paste, gently separate with a fork, mix and cook as indicated on your box. After throw the prepared pasta into a colander, sprinkle it with sunflower oil and mix.
- Pour the cream into the pan and simmer for 1 – 2 minutes, add curd cheese, ground paprika and basil, salt to taste, mix bring to a boil. If the sauce is very thick, then add some more water or cream.
- Put the pasta in the pan and continue to simmer another 1 – 2 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
