Pasta pie? On the mincemeat cake? Already interested? Then go ahead! A new combination of familiar products in a convenient form. A sophisticated combination of several types of cheese with tomato-basil sauce will delight gourmets. Cooking it will take time, but the result is definitely worth it.

Difficulty: Easy Servings: 8 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: one cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

Korzh

  • 700 gr. ground beef
  • 1/4 Art. chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.5 tbsp. parmesan
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Filling

  • 5 tbsp. cooked pasta (small ones are best pasta in the form of tubes or shells)
  • 230 gr. grated mozzarella cheese
  • 230 gr. grated Provolone cheese
  • 3/4 Art. grated parmesan + additionally for decoration
  • 2 tbsp. tomato-basil sauce, the recipe is attached

Tomato Basil Sauce

  • 1/3 Art. olive oil
  • 4 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1600 gr. canned tomatoes
  • 650 gr. tomato paste
  • 1600 gr. water
  • 1.5 tbsp. l salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3/4 Art. Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. basil leaves
  • 60 gr Romano cheese

Recipe preparation:

  1. Korzh:

    Gently mix all the ingredients. Do not overdo it. Shift the resulting mass in a slightly oiled 25-centimeter form for baking. Form 2.5 cm thick meat cake.

  2. Filling:

    Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
