  1. Walnuts peel. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Put nuts on a baking sheet and warm for about 8-10 minutes until golden color.
  2. Grind flax seeds and nuts in a blender, not more than minutes.
  3. To the resulting mass add parmesan, parsley, olive oil, chopped garlic and water. Salt and pepper on to taste.
  4. Beat again until smooth.
