  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 200 gr. fountain cheese, cut into slices
  • 250 gr ready turkey meat, cut into slices
  • 1/2 tbsp. cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp. arugula leaves
  • Olive oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put on four slices of white bread half the cheese, then turkey meat, pour cranberry sauce, put arugula leaves and cover the remaining cheese with bread.
  2. Heat the pan to medium temperature. Grease top panini with olive oil. Place the panini in an oiled pan side down and press down on top using a small a pan filled with water. Fry the panini until golden brown about 3 minutes. Remove pan, oil another side of the panini and gently turn over, press down and continue to fry for about 3 minutes. Put panini on cover the dish with foil, continue to fry the remaining panini.
