Ingredients for the recipe:
- 8 slices of white bread
- 200 gr. fountain cheese, cut into slices
- 250 gr ready turkey meat, cut into slices
- 1/2 tbsp. cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp. arugula leaves
- Olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- Put on four slices of white bread half the cheese, then turkey meat, pour cranberry sauce, put arugula leaves and cover the remaining cheese with bread.
- Heat the pan to medium temperature. Grease top panini with olive oil. Place the panini in an oiled pan side down and press down on top using a small a pan filled with water. Fry the panini until golden brown about 3 minutes. Remove pan, oil another side of the panini and gently turn over, press down and continue to fry for about 3 minutes. Put panini on cover the dish with foil, continue to fry the remaining panini.
