- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, peeled and coreless seed and thinly chopped
- 1 tsp provence herbs
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Panini
- 4 Kaiser buns cut in half on the side
- 0.5 tbsp. tomato sauce with basil
- 1.3 tbsp. arugula
- 4 pieces of salty provolone

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the sandwich maker.
- Cook the vegetables. On moderate heat, heat oil in large pan with non-stick coating. Add garlic, onion, sweet pepper, olive herbs, salt and ground pepper. Put out stirring occasionally until vegetables are soft, about 8-10 мин. Then lay them out.
