Recipe preparation:

  3. Preheat a non-stick pan with a diameter of 15 cm. and grease it with olive oil. Reduce the heat to medium and pour 1.5-2 tbsp into the pan. l test. Fry for 20-30 seconds. before pale golden color, then turn over. Fry the pancake with the other side for 20 sec. and put it on a plate. Continue the same steps until you use the whole dough: should get 17-19 pancakes. Put on the pancake 3 tbsp. l toppings and fold it in half. Stuff all pancakes as well.
  4. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C. Lubricate the bottom with butter walls of a ceramic baking dish measuring 25×20 cm. Lay out stuffed pancakes in shape, laying them on top of each other.
